With this magical blog coming to an end this Tuesday, I’ve been wondering what the hell I’m going to do with myself.  Sure, I do stand-up comedy and also spend at least two hours a day helping old women cross the street, but that still leaves a lot of free time.

Then I went over to the MuchMusic website and found their VJ Search 2.0. There was no question about it:  I need to be the next MuchMusic VJ.  It’s a job I’ve wanted since I was a kid. I made an audition tape to be a VJ when I was seventeen. I never sent it in because I realized I didn’t yet have the experience or qualifications.  In short, my video sucked. Hard.

But now I am older, wiser, and funnier (I hope).  It is time for me to show MuchMusic what I can do.  If you like what I’ve done on the blog, go check out my audition page and let MuchMusic know how hot and cool you think I am.  If you don’t like what I’ve done, go leave nasty comments on my YouTube video. Go ahead. Let off a little steam.

“DJ the VJ“. It just feels so right, doesn’t it?  And just like my Dad told me before I went on my first date, “If it feels right, do it.”
