The Bank of Canada is telling us that the recession is over. So that means congratulations are in order: we have officially screwed the recession, Canada!
I think that you should all give yourselves a nice hearty pat on the back. And then give one to whoever is sitting beside you. Unless you are on the bus or in a lecture, because that might seem weird.
