Ah the day after Virgin Festival. So exhausted. I’ll probably just sit in my P.J.s and nap all day. Oh the life of a blogger.
Beyond today, I do eventually plan on leaving my house, and you should follow suit since there are a bunch of things to look forward to this week:
A guide to packing: A free seminar for those Torontonians who have the travel bug. I need this more than anyone. I am the queen of over packing / getting charged extra for my suitcase being overweight. When your suitcase weighs more than you, you know you have a problem.
Sky High: The Canadian International Air Show takes flight on September 5,6, and 7 at 1pm. It’s free with admission into the CNE but who says you can’t enjoy it from the parking lot? Saves you $10.
Eastern Fringe: The Fringe Festival has finally hit the Eastern provinces. Halifax hosts the annual event. For information about the performances and volunteer opportunities, go here.
Atlantic Music Festing: Since Fringe Fest is a week-long endeavour, might as well hit up the Wallsaway Music Fest on Saturday in St. John’s (NFL). For a music festival filled with tons of indie goodness, $15 is not a hefty price to pay!
Film Fest Français: The World Film Festival is in Montreal right now until the 27th. Tickets for each film are only $10 and you can get sets of 10 for $60. If my math serves me right, that would make each ticket $6. Not bad.
