I ask for discounts everywhere…even when I get a discount I ask for more. Sometimes I get and sometimes I don’t…but you don’t get if you don’t ask.
Buy Tim Horton's not Starbucks.
Turn off your lights, open your blinds and let the sunlight in.
Take the TTC stop buying gas for your car
Turn off the water as you brush your teeth.
Reuse grocery bags
Trim your own bangs and save on the salon
Leftovers make great ingredients in a soup
Do it in the dark
Get great discounts on nearly expired dairy products
If you put your pennies in a piggy bank, you will save.
Be like Nana, Clip those coupons
Stop buying clothes just reuse your old one in a new way
Jump in the lake, Lather, Rinse, Repeat!
Cook rice-based meals
Dont throw your left overs make some new meals with them
Don't waste
Use old t-shirts as cleaning rags.
Turn your lights off when your not in the room
Mix ketchup, relish, and mustard packets for a delicious salsa
Waste less food by taking more trips to the grocery store, but buy less. Plan fresh meals ahead, buy what you need when you need it. Also, frequent local markets for great deals!

Now that we have some nice hot weather…save using your dryer and hang your clothes out to dry..Get a clothesline and pins from the dollar store…watch out for the pigeons though….

plan weekly meals and buy whatever you can in bulk,hands wash your clothes when ever you can and grow a garden or if you have a family member that has a garden ask if you can get some fresh veggies when there ready to come out
